Warning: MatchID Grabber is driver version sensitive. Please install the suggested driver as follows according to the MatchID Grabber version you are currently using. Note that the latest version is displayed in bold.

Warning: The standard settings for Vimba are NOT SUFFICIENT for using AVT cameras with MatchID Grabber. You must Install the software as “Application Development”.

• Choose the correct path of installation. It is advised to install the drivers on the same drive as MatchID Grabber is installed.
• Select “Application Development” as installation type. Click Start to start installation.

• Keep Install Vimba Drivers selected. Hit exit to continue the installation.

• Please Click “Install” for each driver asked during installation.
• To verify whether the software is installed properly, please restart you system and open the Vimba Viewer to check your devices.

• If the devices are not detected properly, Please make sure cameras have power and are connected properly. The video can be checked by double-clicking on the camera and pressing the “play” icon.

Warning: This step is only needed when using Firewire Cameras.

Please Download the FireWire drivers from our Portal (named VimbaTool.exe). Run the installer and follow the proposed steps. Please note, you must run the application as Administrator.

Warning: Also make sure you have installed the drivers for your FireWire card (for this we refer to the manufacturer of your firewire card). Check the correct working of the FireWire card in the device manager (type “devmgmt.msc” in the control panel).

Warning: Please make sure all previous versions of MatchID Grabber and Pylon are uninstalled before installing any new drivers/programs.

• Run the Drivers as administrator and accept the Terms & Conditions;
• Select the Developer Profile and click on Next;

• Select the USB Interface and click on Next;

• Choose the correct path of installation. It is advised to install the drivers on the same drive as MatchID Grabber is installed;
• Check if the Developer Profile and USB Interface were selected and click on Install;

• Click on Close to exit the installer.

• Accept the Agreement;
• Choose the correct path of installation. It is advised to install the drivers on the same drive as MatchID Grabber is installed;
• Select the GigE and USB Interfaces;

• Select additional settings;

• Review the selected settings and click on Install;

Warning: The standard settings for Spinnaker are NOT SUFFICIENT for using FLIR cameras with MatchID Grabber. You must Install the software as “Application Development”.

• Run the drivers as administrator and accept the license agreement.
• Click on Application development and Next.

• Now make sure the GigE and USB drivers, as well as the Visual Studio files are selected before clicking Next.

Please, download the i-SPEED SOFTWARE SUITE 2.0 from the iX website.

• Please make sure all previous versions of MatchID HS-Grabber and i-SPEED Software are uninstalled.
• Unzip the compressed file and run the setup.
• Accept the Terms & Conditions;
• Choose the correct path of installation. It is advised to install the drivers on the same drive as MatchID HS-Grabber is installed;
• Select additional tasks.

• Click on Install button to start installation.

The PFV software can be downloaded from the Photron website or from our Portal.

• Unzip the compressed file and run the setup.
• Accept the Terms & Conditions;
• Choose the correct path of installation. It is advised to install the drivers on the same drive as MatchID HS-Grabber is installed;
• Click on Install button to start installation.

• Please make sure all previous versions of MatchID HS-Grabber and Phantom PCC Software are uninstalled.
• Unzip the compressed file and run the setup.
• Select PCC Installation and click on Install;

• Accept the Terms & Conditions;
• Choose the correct path of installation. It is advised to install the drivers on the same drive as MatchID HS-Grabber is installed;
• Click on Install button to start installation;
• After installation, close the Setup window.

Warning: Please make sure all previous versions of MatchID HS-Grabber and Reveal IR Software are uninstalled before installing any new drivers/programs.

Please, download the Reveal IR Software from the Telops website.

• Please make sure all previous versions of MatchID HS-Grabber and Reveal IR Software are uninstalled.
• Unzip the compressed file and run the setup.
• Accept the Terms & Conditions;
• Use the default selection but check if e-BUS is selected.
• Click on Install button to start installation.

Warning: Please make sure all previous versions of MatchID Grabber and DAQ-mx are uninstalled before installing any new drivers/programs.

The DAQmx driver can be downloaded from the NI website or from our Portal.

Warning: MatchID Grabber is driver version sensitive. Please install the suggested driver as follows according to the MatchID Grabber version you are currently using. Note that the latest version is displayed in bold.

Warning: The standard settings for NI-DAQmx are NOT SUFFICENT for using NI-DAQ with MatchID Grabber. You must reinstall the driver following the installation steps below.

• First install NI Package Manager that is required for NI-DAQmx;
• Carefully read the License Agreement. You must accept these terms to start the installation;
• Review the installation summary and click Next to install;
• Once NI Package Manager was installed, the NI-DAQmx installation window will be displayed;
• Select additional items to install and click Next;
  • NI Certificates Installer;
  • NI I/O Trace;
  • NI Web-Based Configuration and Monitoring 19.0;
  • NI-DAQmx Runtime with Configuration Support;
  • NI-DAQmx Support for .NET Framework 4.0 Languages
  • NI-DAQmx Support for .NET Framework 4.5 Languages
  • NI-DAQmx Support for .NET Framework 4.5.1 Languages
  • NI-DAQmx Support for C.
• Carefully read the License Agreement. Accept the agreements and click Next;
• Review the installation summary and click Next to install (check if all .Net Framework items were considered);
• During installation, select if you would like NI Update Service to check for updates periodically;
• To verify whether the software is installed properly, please restart you system and open the National Instruments Test Panel to check your device. Under “Start → National Instruments → NI-DAQ → Examples” you should see the DotNET folder. If not, you did not correctly added the .Net features. Please go back to the previous steps and make sure to add them correctly.

Warning: Do not update NI-DAQmx. MatchID software is driver dependent. You may experience some problems if you update the driver.
